The basic method of making homemade maple syrup has not changed from the time of the Indians! There will be daily demonstrations of maple sugar making by the Western New York Maple Producers Association, you might even be able to try a sample! See a varity of our area's finest agricultural products and the NEW life size Butter Sculpture of the 2008 Presidential candidates. Watch as artisan Jim Victor transforms that oridinary butter in an art form.


The members of the WNY Garden Railway Society plan to put together a train display that will feature steamers and steam engines from the early 1900s as well as some diesels from the 40s and 50s in addition to the logging saw mill, mountain, village and more... This display will take nearly 6 days to complete.
