America's Fair Talent Contest
Maxi Division - 13 & over; August 8, 2008
Mini Division - 12 & under; August 9, 2008

Rules & Regulations:
1. No entry fee, all contestants will receive free admission to the Fair on the day of competition.
2. Entrants must reside in Erie County, New York.
3. Individuals may only compete in one county.
4. No baton twirling or bands.
5. Time limit under three minutes. Any act going over three minutes will be disqualified.
6. Music accompaniment must be on cassette tape or CD if compatible, ready to play, no vocal on singers' tapes.
7. Individuals may compete in a maximum of three acts (only one solo act).
8. Any act that continues on to the New York State Fair competition and does not show up for an event will not be allowed to compete in the America's Fair Talent Contest the following year.
9.  All participants must bring proper photo identification to registration.
